Derby Lodge had an existing website that no longer reflected our new accommodation options and the image we wanted portrayed so we engaged Amanda of Kimberley Web Design who worked alongside Management and Staff to create something unique to meet our needs.
The training that Kimberley Web Design provided was detailed and we were given reassurance that we could contact her for help at any time.
We are very happy with the new website and have immediate plans for its appeal and future growth.
Content Management System
Derby Lodge’s website is a Content Management System, allowing them to update content on their website, themselves.
Derby Lodge’s website is built to be “Mobile Friendly.”
At the sites completion, we train the administrator of the site, in a 1-3 hour, one on one training session.
At the end of the training session, the new site administrator is able to upload images, change text, add pages/posts and manage their site efficiently.
Derby Lodge required their old static site to be converted to a Content Management System.
They wanted to be able to upload images, update pricing, add new content and promote their new Motel.
One of the many advantages to a CMS, is the ability to add further functionality/features at a later time. At the time of creating Derby Lodge website, they were not linked up to a booking system but now links have been created from both the home and accommodation pages.
